In an educational center you have to work with three audiences at once: children, parents and teachers. A story from Anna's practice:
“A boy came to the trial session, who categorically refused to study. The parents insisted, the child resisted, and the teacher was caught between two fires. In such a situation it is important to remember the main rule of children's education - the child's interest is paramount.
How was the situation resolved?- We had a separate conversation with the parents
- We offered the child to choose the format of the lessons themselves
- Adapted the program to his interests
The result? A month later the boy became one of the most active students.
